最近，去年10月公開的Netflix原創美劇《女傭浮生錄》在韓國觀衆中成爲了網上熱話。當中原因為劇中出現韓國泡麵的一幕。《女傭浮生錄》是以成爲單身母親後，作爲清潔工工作6年，即使在貧困階層生活，仍考上大學，實現作家夢想的蒂芬妮·蘭德的同名隨筆爲主題製作的作品。劇中的艾莉克絲（瑪格麗特·庫利飾）爲了躲避酒精上癮者丈夫的虐待，和2歲的女兒麥蒂(Rylea Nevaeh Whittet飾)一起離家出走，開始了清潔工的工作。但是，工作很辛苦，隨時都要受到侮辱、報酬也很差。在這個過程中，丈夫提出了撫養權訴訟，而且母親不僅沒有幫上忙，反而增加了她的負擔的。當中引起韓國觀衆關注的場面是艾莉克絲結束辛苦的清潔工工作後，回家吃飯的場面。艾莉克絲拿出韓國的辛拉麵來煮，問題是辛拉麪的湯不是紅色，而是白色的。對此，韓國網友們紛紛表示： 「下班後吃辛拉麵是國規啊！」、 「白湯是對辛拉麵的背叛！」、 「沒有放調料啊！」等，反應熱烈。辛拉麵從1986年開始在韓國農心股份公司生產。在韓國泡麵市場上，以2021年爲基準，一直保持著銷售排名第一，對於韓國人來說，一提到泡麵就會想起辛拉麵。
