9MUSES' Keumjo Reveals Maternity Photos! First Baby's Name Has a Clever Twist, Second One Already Planned
Keumjo, formerly of 9MUSES, and musical actor Baek Ki-bum are about to welcome their first child and have recently released a new maternity photoshoot. She not only shared photos of herself smiling alongside her husband and showcasing her baby bump, but also revealed that the couple has already picked out a name for their baby, and even for their future second child.
On July 9th, Keumjo uploaded photos to Instagram, showing her and her husband Baek Ki-bum smiling together, with her proudly displaying her baby bump. Along with the photos, she revealed that the couple has named their first child Jo Eun.
Clever Wordplay in Both First and Second Baby Names
However, the name Jo Eun wasn't chosen in isolation. Keumjo explained that from the moment she and Baek Ki-bum decided to start a family, they planned to have two children. Therefore, they have already chosen a name for their future second child: Jo Bo Hwa.
When combined, these two names form a loving wordplay with the Korean phrase "금은보화 (keum-eun-bohwa)," which means "gold, silver, and treasures."
