aespa Karina to make first appearance on Korean variety show!
Netflix has confirmed the production of a new variety show, tentatively titled "Agents of Mystery." The show is from Producer Jung, who achieved global fame with the Korean variety show "The Devil's Plan," which ranked third in Netflix’s Global TOP 10 Non-English programs, and is set to launch this new variety program on Netflix.
"Agents of Mystery" aims to undertake adventures by tracing and investigating strange incidents that cannot be explained by science, and by reasoning the context within these events. It is a brand new variety show produced by PD Jung, distinct from his previous work "The Devil's Scheme".

The popular variety show of the escape room genre, "The Great Escape," and the globally successful and hotly-loved "The Devil's Plan," produced by PD Jung, have garnered attention with the unveiling of the cast for their new program "Agents of Mystery."
The publicly announced cast includes the comedian Lee Yong-jin, Korean-American singer John Park, and comedy actress Lee Eun-ji. Additionally, the anticipation for the show has been heightened by the participation of actor Kim Do-hoon, who played the class president in "Moving Espers," and the idols Karina and Lee Hyeri.

In the Korean variety show scene, Hyeri, who holds the title of "Power Entertainer," is expected to show an active performance in the new program, and has also sparked discussions among netizens regarding Karina from the girl group aespa, who is appearing as a regular cast member in a variety show for the first time.
After Netflix Korea posted on their official IG about the cast lineup, the comment section was flooded with fans expressing their surprise and anticipation: "Going crazy! This is exactly what I wanted to see on Netflix," "I can't believe we'll get to see Karina on a variety show," "Hyeri has always been amazing, and now we also have Karina and the talented Kang Hoon!" "Totally looking forward to it! I can't wait."
"Agents of Mystery" specializes in handling "special cases" which common sense cannot solve, bringing together the active figures in the entertainment industry such as Lee Yong-jin, John Park, Lee Eun-ji, Kim Do-hun, Karina, and Lee Hyeri. The dynamic chemistry among these six individuals is highly anticipated. "Agents of Mystery" will be exclusively released on Netflix.
