12日專寫韓流消息的英文媒體Koreaboo在推特及其他SNS上發表了安孝燮與金世正兩人正在戀愛中的報導，而該消息目前正在推特上擴散中。
兩人戀愛中的來由是兩人分別在自己的SNS上傳了前往日本旅行的照片，金世正是8日時上傳，而安孝燮則是在10日時上傳。
而其中最引人疑竇的是安孝燮將自己的貼文刪除後重新上傳，重新上傳的貼文中有一張照片被刪除，被刪除的照片中可以看到有一名女性的手被拍到，有部分網友認為那隻手看起來跟金世正的手很像。
另外，在影音平台抖音上，與兩人戀愛傳聞相關的影片，甚至寫下了160萬次觀看的紀錄。網友們看了影片後紛紛表示支持「哇...我贊成！」、「這樣反而更好」、「太棒了吧！」
「啊！可是浪漫醫生還沒結束耶...」、「這個組合我真的好喜歡」、「這樣更好，我最愛的女演員跟男演員！」、「安孝燮是李聖經的」、「陳養喆：如果偶然不只一次，那就不是偶然」
最後，13日時金世正透過weverse直播對這件事進行否認「現在到處都在傳我跟孝燮歐霸去日本玩的消息，但我幹嘛跟歐霸去日本？我真的是跟我朋友、摯友還有我的親哥哥一起去日本的！」
