The total price was 5 billion KRW, which she paid in full in cash, and she has already completed the registration for her change of residency.

The LA-TERRACE Hannam purchased by Jennie was completed in 2012 and is a building with three underground levels and three above-ground levels. It comprises a total of 15 households. The geographical environment is backed by mountains and faces the water, and it boasts superior security and privacy protection capabilities.

Jennie purchased an apartment located on the second basement floor with an exclusive area of 74 pyeong and a common area of 87 pyeong, featuring a total of 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

In fact, Jennie had already paid the deposit in February 2021, which was 10% of the total price, amounting to 500 million Korean Won. After signing the contract, she paid the remaining balance of 4.5 billion Korean Won in July this year, 2 years and 5 months later.

Additionally, among the residents of LA-TERRACE Hannam, there is a well-known celebrity, which is Lee Jong-suk, who is in a relationship with the singer and actress IU. Lee Jong-suk had been living there before moving to NINEONE HANNAM and has continued to own the property even after relocating.

Before moving into her current LA-TERRACE residence, Jennie lived in another luxury residence, THE HOUSE, within UN Village, where she was residing as a tenant.
