Netizens discuss BLACKPINK Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun's recent break up

The Korean media JTBC Entertainment News reported that a person involved in the entertainment industry greatly revealed: "Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun have naturally drifted apart due to their busy schedules and have recently broken up." On the same day, Jisoo's agency, YG Entertainment, also confirmed, "Jisoo has indeed recently broken up with Ahn Bo Hyun". It is known that the two have ended their romantic relationship and peacefully returned to being friendly colleagues. However, in August this year, after Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun publicly admitted their love, Jisoo's company YG Entertainment also rarely acknowledged it openly: "We are in a stage of gradually understanding each other with good feelings, we hope everyone can watch the two with a warm view." At that time, Ahn Bo-hyun's agency, FN Entertainment, also confirmed their dating. This was the first time a member of BLACKPINK admitted to dating, making it a hot topic. However, unfortunately, two months after going public with their relationship, the love affair between Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun ended, drawing a full stop. After news of the couple's breakup came out, numerous netizens left comments like, "Only two months! That's too fast!", "I didn't even realize they were dating", "Breaking up so quickly after revealing the relationship for two months! This reminds me of Jennie and Kai", "They made their relationship public very rapidly... and broke up incredibly fast too!", "I was still waiting for their joint appearance, but they broke up just like that." However, some netizens mentioned that Ahn Bo Hyun had previously followed two controversial YouTube channels, "PPKKa," which was criticized for targeting the Sewol ferry issue, and "Kim Long Ho Entertainment Minister," known for revealing the private lives of celebrities. Thus, they overwhelmingly support Jisoo's decision. Netizens highly praised: "This really is good news! Jisoo deserves better!" "I don't really think Ahn Bo-hyun is all that... I don't like him," "Jisoo! You've really thought this through!" "Jisoo will be happier! From now on, she'll only walk on a path of flowers~".

BLACKPINK Jennie's twin ponytail style is criticized for appearing childishK-Pop

BLACKPINK Jennie's twin ponytail style is criticized for appearing childish

The member of the girl group BLACKPINK, Jennie, has released a special single "You & Me" on the 6th, after 5 years since her first individual track in 2018. However, some netizens harshly criticized that Jennie's new song style does not match her age. On the internet forum yesterday, a netizen posted a topic titled "BLACKPINK Jennie, what's with the twin ponytails at 30?" In the post, the poster included a styling photo of Jennie's solo single "You & Me." From the photos, we can see that Jennie is wearing a red mini dress and has tied her hair in twin ponytails, similar to a beautiful young warrior. However, this style has been criticized by a netizen who wrote that she is no longer in her 20s and should not tie her hair in twin ponytails in her 30s. Therefore, it was questioned whether Jennie was doing this to attract people's attention. Here's the improved version: "In response, netizens couldn't tolerate it, and they commented, 'Jennie was born in '96; how could she be 30 years old? XD', 'Is being beautiful a crime?', and 'You're aging too; you're still writing these negative posts.'" "What does age have to do with wearing pigtails?" "No, even though I'm not interested in celebrities, this kind of comment is too much." "Looks like you're the one who wants to attract attention XD." "People who usually say what someone can't do because of their age, are those who have nothing else to attack. I don't understand why we have to discuss age, especially since Jennie is only 27." 'What a crazy person', 'How old is she to tie twin ponytails? And what does it have to do with you?', 'Even though I'm not a fan of Jennie and don't really care about her, that criticism is too much.' said the voices in support of Jennie.

The National Tax Service reveals the annual earnings of popular idols and actors, including BTS and BLACKPINK

Many people know that being a KPOP idol or a world star certainly earns a lot of money, but how much can the top 1% of artists actually earn in a year? Recently, according to the "Current Status of Artists' Income in Various Fields from 2017 to 2021" received by the Congressional Planning and Finance Committee from the National Tax Service, the annual income of 7,729 singers who reported income in 2021 was 515.645 billion Korean Won, with an average income of 66.79 million Korean Won per person. Among them, the top 1% earners, a total of 77 people, earned a total of 3,555.66 billion Korean won, which is 68.9% of the total income of all singers in Korea. The average income of the top 1% of singers in 2017 was 31.3436 billion Korean won, in 2018 it was 34.4698 billion Korean won, in 2019 it was 22.5607 billion Korean won, and in 2020 it was 17.6652 billion Korean won. From 2019 to 2020, due to the impact of the new epidemic, the performances and overseas activities of Korean singers decreased, resulting in a temporary reduction in income. However, with K-POP groups such as BTS, BLACKPINK, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, and NCT carrying on active activities on the global stage, the overall income level of Korean artists has greatly increased. In 2021, the combined income of the top 1%, or 160 actors in Korea, amounted to 3,829.38 billion KRW, accounting for 48.6% of the total earnings.
