Brave Girls侑延揭開女團減肥偏方？！喝「這個」代替3餐？！

近日，Brave Girls侑延在節目中吐露了女子組合練習生們因減肥而苦惱的事情。
16日播出的節目《減肥法》的最後一集中，描繪了組合Brave Girls的侑延與宇宙少女夏天見面的樣子。
當天，侑延和夏天一起品嚐了減肥食品。 而夏天對食物表示十分滿意，並說道:「本來因爲有健康的食物不好吃的固定觀所以十分擔心，但是今天完全打破了固定觀念。」
對此，侑延回答說:「其實比起飢餓以及難吃的食譜，我更想告訴大家是有替代品的這個想法。」
另外，夏天和侑延還吐露了關於減肥的苦惱。 當中夏天坦言道：「實際上很瘦，但每當站在鏡頭前就會看起來很腫」
聽到這個消息的侑延說：「練習生時期經常會極端減肥」、「練習生朋友中有一個人只喝了三頓冰美式咖啡。 因爲沒有食物下肚，所以沒有辦法排便。 那時候足足吃了16粒便祕藥。」
她還說:「以前女團們餓着肚子艱難地減肥。 但是在《減肥法》中吃飽了，也開心地做運動，所以正在開心地減肥。」
