韩国人气男团BTS自团员硕珍和J-jope陆续入伍后，其余的成员们也纷纷开始积极地进行个人活动，从网络综艺到个人作品，可以说是展现了相当多元且不同的面貌。
然而在今年三月，成员智旻终于以SOLO歌手身份开始活动，并正式发行个人专辑《FACE》，新歌一曝光，不仅狠扫各大音源排行榜，个人专辑主打歌《Like Crazy》更登上美国Billboard告示牌百强单曲榜。
事实上早在发行个人专辑《FACE》前，智旻曾先公开了先行曲《Set Me Free Pt.2》，不仅获得广大的回响，也登上Billboard的百大热门单曲，相较于榜上都英语系的歌曲来看，智旻以SOLO的韩文歌曲登上百大热门单曲可以说是相当不容易。
但近日就有粉丝认为经纪公司HYBE对于成员有着差别待遇，尤其是在成员柾国发行SOLO歌曲《SEVEN》后，感受到公司给予成员的资源及宣传大有落差。
就有部分粉丝认为，当初智旻SOLO活动时，公司并未认真宣传，甚至就有粉丝表示，韩国时隔60年，首次以韩文歌登上Billboard的百大热门单曲排行榜的第一，但公司却丝毫没有任何作为，甚至连新闻都没有发，让许多粉丝看了十分不满。
