近日，在韓國全羅北道舉行的童軍大露營因環境惡劣和營運混亂招致各方批評，淪為國際笑柄。有韓國國會議員卻上傳了「防彈少年團全體成員要在因不成熟的運營而受到全世界批評的韓國童軍大露營進行KPOP演唱會演出」的文章，引起了爭議。
成一鐘議員8日表示：「在全羅北道舉行的世界童軍大露營因準備不足和不成熟下，令國家形象下跌，不僅是負責執行的全羅北道，連需要支援的中央政府也沒有表現出負責任的態度，此次活動比在日本舉行的比賽多出1萬多名世界青少年，如此多的青少年到韓國都是為了看到席捲全球的KPOP和韓國的活力和創意性。」
同時，成一鐘議員還提到了韓國代表性的KPOP男團防彈少年團BTS：「有必要用大韓民國的文化力量來填補這些珍貴的客人在童軍大露營的不足，特別以現役軍人身份的BTS能夠一起參加11日在首爾舉行的KPOP演唱會，採取一切措施提高大韓民國的形象。」
他接著補充說：「和BTS一起世界青少年們所承載的回憶，將成為另一個大韓民國的資產，希望國防部能夠先發制人，直到最後讓青少年留下對大韓民國的美好回憶。」
對此，阿米們表示不滿：「為什麼要BTS收拾？」，而且目前7名BTS成員中Jin和J-hope已經入伍，SUGA也正等待入伍。據悉，RM也在準備入伍，在這種情況下要防彈少年團完整體演出是一種壓力。
