在2日播出的JTBC《認識的哥哥》中，描述小學家長社群的真相和小區家長們實際關係的JTBC新水木劇《綠色母親俱樂部》的主角秋瓷炫和張慧珍演員以轉學生身份登場。

當天和成員們聊天時，秋瓷炫用生氣的語氣開始尋找PD說：「剛好提到製作組，想問一下這節目的製作人是誰?」

秋瓷炫突然轉變的態度讓成員們大吃一驚，並問道「爲什麼突然這樣？」，秋瓷炫說：「因爲我有話要說」

接着她看到坐在工作人員之間的PD，並對他說：「你好。現在才見到你呢」，並90度鞠躬。

秋瓷炫說：「我出演《同床異夢》時，徐章焄總是邀請我出演《認識的哥哥》。但是當時我有孕在身，且還沒ˊ有告訴眾人，所以我拒絕出演了，沒想到製作組卻因為這樣對我生氣。」
