South Korean actress Park Si-yeon (박시연), whose career was severely impacted by two drunk driving incidents and illegal propofol use, recently offered a rare update on her social media. Despite years away from the entertainment industry, she maintains a slender physique and ageless beauty. A series of her recent photos has garnered significant attention online.

On the 17th, Park Si-yeon posted several photos on her personal social media, writing, “I heard skinny jeans are back in style.” The pictures show her in a chic, fashionable outfit paired with a designer bag, exuding elegance and a high-end feel. Her toned physique and seemingly unchanged appearance led many fans to exclaim, “You can’t tell she’s 46 at all.”

Park Si-yeon, 46, comes from an affluent family; her mother was a former Miss Korea. This background contributed to her striking looks from a young age. She studied abroad in the U.S. during university and was crowned “Miss Korea Seoul” in 2000. She officially debuted in 2004 with the drama “My Little Bride” and subsequently starred in popular works such as “My Girl,” “When Spring Comes,” and “The Innocent Man.” Her refined appearance and consistent acting made her a sought-after actress at the time.

However, her acting career plummeted due to a series of controversies. In 2006, Park Si-yeon was first fined 2.5 million won for drunk driving. In 2013, she was indicted for allegedly long-term illegal use of propofol, with prosecutors stating she received 185 injections over 22 months. Notably, she was seven months pregnant during the trial. She was ultimately sentenced to eight months in prison, suspended for two years, and fined an additional 3.7 million won.
