KBS2月火劇《偶然遇見的你》除了有令人措手不及的反轉劇情外，劇中演員們的名品演技也獲得了韓國觀眾們的瘋狂討論，10日時官方釋出了充滿現場氛圍的幕後花絮。
影片的一開始，演員金東旭正在對崔英佑(飾白東植)開玩笑，與劇中兩人常槓上的樣貌不同，展現了親近的反轉魅力。
不僅如此，金東旭在拍攝前與女主角秦基周對台詞的時候，用著與脾氣倔強的尹海俊不同的樣貌，用彷彿要滴下蜜般的眼神盯著秦基周，讓看到這個片段的觀眾們都不禁手腳蜷曲。
在第四集中，飾演熙燮的李元鄭彈著吉他唱歌的畫面，也在該幕後花絮中出現，即使沒有伴奏，還是從容地唱著歌的李元鄭，不但讓觀眾感受到他的專業，也吸引了眾人的視線。
