The Seoul Central District Court dismissed the provisional disposition application filed by FIFTY FIFTY against their agency, ATTRAKT, on the 28th. According to the court, FIFTY FIFTY doesn't have a sufficient reason to terminate their contract, nor can they hold the agency accountable for breach of trust.

Regarding the settlement part, the court stated, "It can't confirm ATTRAKT has violated the obligation for settlement by destroying the trust relationship or violated the obligation to provide settlement information and other issues."

Regarding the issue of the company ignoring its duty to protect member's health, the court stated, "After recognizing the health problems of the members, ATTRAKT immediately had the members receive hospital treatment. They also adjusted the activity schedule. From the information submitted, they haven't violated their duty to manage the members' health."

Lastly, there is the issue of lack of company support. Although the members claimed that Attrakt had trouble supporting their entertainment activities after the outsourcing contract with The Givers ended, the court stated, "Even if The Givers are no longer responsible for relevant business, it can't be regarded as a breach of the exclusive contract by the affiliated company."

Netizens expressed their feelings such as "serves them right", "this is an expected outcome", "fool", "I'm looking forward to the second round of the truth", "hahaha", and "that's right".
