全代表起訴FIFTY FIFTY前3位成員、安聖日！要求賠償130億韓元！

FIFTY FIFTY經紀公司ATTRAKT全洪俊代表正式向FIFTY FIFTY前3位成員Saena、Sio、Aran提出起訴，對她們參與不當廢除專屬合約的共同非法行為要求損害賠償。
ATTRAKT方面於19日表示：「對FIFTY FIFTY前成員Saena、Sio、Aran三人提出了民事訴訟，要求賠償違反專屬合約的損失和違約金，對積極參與不當廢除專屬合約的The Givers安聖日和白真實，還有3位成員的父母等提出了因共同非法行為而造成的損失賠償。」
據悉，ATTRAKT計算的損害賠償額和違約處罰達數百億韓元，但考慮到訴訟過程中後續損失擴大的可能性等，首先在提交訴狀階段以明確的部分請求方式提出了訴訟。
代理此次訴訟的律師朴宰賢表示：「考慮到此次訴訟不僅僅是單純的恢復損失，還有可能成為確立娛樂領域公平交易秩序的重要契機，因此將盡全力執行訴訟。」
今年6月19日，FIFTY FIFTY4名成員要求經紀公司ATTRAKT終止合約，並直接採取法律途徑，向首爾中央地方法院提出專屬合約效力終止的假處分申請。
ATTRAKT及後改起訴音樂製作公司The Givers代表安聖日等三人，理由是妨礙業務、損壞數位紀錄、詐欺、業務瀆職等等嫌疑，且懷疑對方私自從海外作曲家手中購買〈Cupid〉版權。
後於10月16日，成員Keena已表示希望返回其所屬公司ATTRAKT，她的律師已提交暫停專屬合約效力上訴的撤銷書。ATTRAKT及後宣布在10月19日與餘下三名成員Saena、Sio、Aran解除專屬合約。
