G-dragon responds to his alleged drug use reports
Recently, there has been an increasing number of cases involving Korean artists in drug affairs. Not only has prominent actor Lee Sun-kyun been investigated by the police, on the 25th, a new name was added to the list - BIGBANG member G-Dragon (GD), whose real name is Kwon Ji-yong, has been indicted without detention by the police for violating the narcotics control law.

Additionally, GD was arrested for smoking marijuana in a Japanese nightclub in 2011. At the time, he admitted that he was so drunk he couldn't differentiate between marijuana and tobacco, causing him to inhale it by mistake. In the end, as he was considered a first-time offender and didn't commit the offense deliberately, the prosecutors decided not to charge him.
