具惠善控訴前東家未付YouTube演出費！HB娛樂怒回「以虛假事實冒充受害者」！

具惠善正因演出費問題與前經紀公司HB娛樂訴訟，然而近日在訴訟中敗訴後，具惠善表示會上訴，HB娛樂也暗示會強硬應對。
HB娛樂今日發文表示：「數年間，與具惠善的專屬合約紛爭和反覆的虛假主張訴訟等，造成財產和精神嚴重損失。」
HB娛樂指具惠善歪曲法院判決，以虛假事實冒充受害者：「這與未支付演出費或霸0行為完全沒有關係。公司不能再對嚴重損害名譽的事情置之不理，所以將對具惠善的所有虛假事實公佈及虛假報道進行法律程序。」
本月18日，據法律界透露，首爾中央地方法院在具惠善要求前經紀公司HB娛樂支付1億700多萬韓元的損害賠償訴訟中敗訴。對此，具惠善的法律代理指：「具惠善即將對判決提出上訴，會強硬應對前經紀公司未支付出演費的問題。」
當天具惠善也通過自己的SNS表示：「因為前經紀公司未支付YouTube片酬，對期間獨自承擔超過3億韓元的損失是否正確，苦惱了很久。 雖然點擊率超過了1000萬次，但是前經紀公司不僅沒有支付片酬，反而強制銷毁了我心愛、去天堂的寵物影片，用刑事提告想要幫助我的證人等，數年間一直折磨著我。」
另外，具惠善在2016年與演員安宰賢結婚，時隔3年後離婚，之後具惠善在同年8月通報解除專屬合約，紛爭在仲裁下結束。
而當時仲裁條件是解除專屬合約的同時，具惠善要向HB娛樂公司支付3500萬韓元的YouTube頻道內容構建費用。對此具惠善提出訴訟指雖然支付了相關費用，但HB娛樂公司憑著她YouTube的內容而獲取了額外收益。
