24日，YouTube頻道《聽歌了嗎》上傳了標題為「全面解釋河成雲和Seventeen Hoshi的lovestagram疑惑！河成雲BLANK TALK」的影片。
當天，河成雲回答了各種大大小小的問題。 當中，他提及到有關和SEVENTEEN成員HOSHI的戀愛傳聞，吸引了人們的視線。
河成雲被提問到：「請解釋一下與SEVENTEEN成員Hoshi校園情侶、Lovestagram的事。」對此，他說：「我也嚇了一跳，和Hoshi的instagram頭像感覺相似。」
他再說道：「（照片構圖相似）好像就因爲那一件事就傳出了戀愛傳聞吧？我也認爲這是一次偶然」，「在被傳lovestagram傳聞時，我曾聯繫過Hoshi」。
河成雲回憾起當時情況，並說：「我問他，你知道這件事嗎？Hoshi也跟我說＇哥，我也看過這個！'我記得當時是這樣聯繫的。」
