IU經紀公司公開對惡評者訴訟進展！表明不會寬待處理、零容忍惹網讚！

IU經紀公司EDAM娛樂8月7日表示，從法律代理人法務法人接到了有關IU的2023刑事起訴相關進展，表明對惡評者不會寬待處理、零容忍。
據悉，針對IU散佈虛假事實的A某，在提交起訴書及受理案件近3個月的今天為止，被告人拒絕進行調查，因此負責調查官正在經歷困難。對此，法律代理人通過提交追加資料等意見書敦促盡快進行調查。
另外，對於違反著作權法的起訴，公司表示：「5月15日律師提交了意見書，強烈主張該事件不具備法律依據，敦促儘快結束此案。
此後，7月20日和28日也分別追加提交了律師意見書，進一步說明該事件的告發沒有法律依據。現在正在等待調查機關的處分。」
接著，對於偷竊著作權的謠言散播，他表示：「以1700多個資料為基礎，對起訴對象進行了第一次篩選。3月20日最終篩選58名被告人，以虛假事實及損害名譽的嫌疑向首爾江南警察署提交了起訴書，已經對多數被告人進行了起訴，整理事件後，確認為被告人的個人資料後，將申請拘捕令。」
IU方面還就惡評者表示：「對61名上傳侮辱性言論、製作19禁物品來傳播，公司以侮辱等嫌疑向首爾提交了起訴書，經確認目前正在申請拘捕令。」
網友亦留言表示支持：「IU加油啊」、「到底為什麼寫惡評，為什麼要做謠呢？不喜歡的話就在心裡討厭吧，非要表露出來嗎？無法理解」、「IU的經紀公司做得很好啊！全都提告吧！」
