JYP Entertainment is set to move to a building that's 5x larger!

The YouTube channel "Psick Univ" invited Park Jin-young, also known as JYP, to appear. Park Jin-young not only shared stories from his early debut days but also mentioned plans to establish a new JYP building.

In 2018, JYP Entertainment finally moved out of its old building, which had been used for 17 years, to the Gangdong District in Seoul. The company mentioned that it had recently won a bid for an area in Cheongdam-dong and would construct a new comprehensive company building there.

JYP Entertainment announced on the 24th of last month that it won the bid for a plot of land of approximately 16,750 square meters near the Gangdong District at a price of 75.5 billion Korean won.

When asked, "Why choose Godeok-dong?" Park Jin-young answered, "It's hard to find a larger place in Seoul, about 5 times bigger than our current office building."

Park Jin-young said, "It's very spacious there, and next to it is the Han River. You can see the river there, there are mountains behind, it's very beautiful. It's close to my current company and also close to my home. I want to stay in a quiet place."

When asked, "Have you ever looked into Feng Shui geography?" Park Jin-young said, "I don't believe in these superstitions at all," indicating that instead of considering Feng Shui, he chooses locations for their scenery and spaciousness.
