因為藝人金東炫突然公開自己接受手術一事，ITZY彩領也跟著解釋了自己的整形說。
在16日播出的綜藝《驚人的星期六》中以「驚人的伴侶」為主題，所以固定嘉賓紛紛都以各式各樣、五花八門的模樣入場。由於上周在節目與韓海打賭打輸了的關係，金東炫與文世潤是以粉嫩模樣的桃子裝扮入場，令成員們大笑不已。
主持人BOOM看著金東炫便問說：「昨天是哭過了嗎，眼睛很看起來腫呢」金東炫回道：「才不是呢，戰士們是隨時都進入備戰狀態。」並擺出打鬥的姿勢。
這時Key在跳出來說：「聽說哥做了眼袋手術？」金東炫便驚慌道：「Key真的是鬼一般呢」朴娜勑便補槍道：「聽說拳擊比賽是在江南（整形外科）舉辦，對手是醫生呢*^^*」引發眾人爆笑。
聽到這個消息的主持人BOOM也跟著整理現況道：「緊急消息，藝人金東炫坦言做了眼袋手術。」Key便又也跟著指責道：「這哥要結束運動生涯了。」
