According to a Soompi report on October 7, 2026, Kim You-jung takes on the role of Lee Ga-kyung, Gyeongseong's top pickpocket during the Japanese colonial period, and an undercover spy who infiltrates high-ranking Japanese government positions for the independence movement. GOT7's Park Jin-young plays Kim Tae-woong (佐藤 秀雄, Sato Hideo), an interpreter for the Japanese Government-General of Korea (조선총독부) and the adopted son of the Governor-General of Korea.
