演員李棟旭15日在自身的IG上傳了一則提及金素妍的限時動態，引起網友們熱議。
李棟旭放上的貼文是一則IG私訊的截圖，李棟旭更寫下「天啊！這麼晚才發現的紅酒的心意…我們宣傳組的員工都感動落淚了…歐膩ㅠㅠ」
而金素妍傳的訊息內容也大公開「您好，我是金素妍，非常感謝每次上傳照片的時候，都會連同我的部分一起修圖」
因為金素妍是直接私訊李棟旭經紀公司的官方帳號，也因為是陌生訊息而被歸類在陌生訊息匣中，所以5月29日就發送的私訊，才會延遲了大半個月才被發現。
該貼文被網友轉發到韓國論壇《the qoo》後，網友們看了貼文紛紛讚美金素妍「她真的好善良！」、「連傳私訊口吻也超可愛」、「跟金素妍合作過的演員和工作人員們，真的很多人都稱讚她！」
