2021 KBS演藝大賞圓滿結束，但當中也有讓人忍不住皺眉頭的場面。最具代表性的是李輝宰和李賢珠通過《演中LIVE》獲得最佳情侶獎後的表現。

李輝宰與《演中Live》的共同主持人李賢珠獲得了最佳情侶獎。《演中LIVE》是接檔《Gag Concert》，KBS推出的演藝信息類節目。當時，被點名爲獲獎者的李輝宰發表感想之前，一直都在看手機。

李輝宰還說：「不斷有朋友發來短信，有人問許載（前南韓男籃運動員）有沒有喝酒。 首先，我要告訴他們沒有。」雖然是爲了營造氛圍，但是觀衆們對他沒有禮儀的行為表示不滿。
