12日，LE SSERAFIM官方YouTube頻道上傳了《Kazuha Vlog 11種伸展運動道具～和小櫻花一起吃播》影片。

在公開的影片中，Kazuha說：「這裡是我的房間」，「我本來就經常跳芭蕾，所以現在這裡有好多我的伸展運動道具，我想先介紹一下這個」，並逐一拿出了自己使用的伸展運動道具。

Kazuha介紹第一個道具說：「用在身體、脖子上的話很舒服，有時候會很疼，用做這個話很舒服，背部和肩膀都可以放鬆，所以經常使用。」

接著又說：「第二個是橡皮筋」，「為了擺出漂亮的姿勢，背部需要常發力，本來跳芭蕾時，是爲了訓練腳趾肌肉而使用的，但是有很多使用方法，肩膀也可以用」，親自展示了使用方法。

她解釋說：「有重要的拍攝時，尹真姐姐和采源姐姐也覺得好神奇，所以就一起運動了」,「我們好像經常運動，所以現場也一起在拍攝前做了平板支撐和腹肌運動。」
