羅暎錫PD大曝tvN福利惹網羨！《瑞鎮家》幕後故事大公開！

最近，羅暎錫PD在YouTube頻道「十五夜」中邀請了工作了4年的安英恩PD和2年的明智敏PD出演，大曝在墨西哥進行的tvN《瑞鎮家》的幕後故事，還提到了電視台tvN的福利。
安PD透露為了準備韓綜《瑞鎮家》，而逗留在墨西哥長達40多天，對此羅PD表示：「像《瑞鎮家》這樣的節目是我們出演的節目中最難，而且製作的份量也是最大。」
羅PD亦提到PD們的假期：「PD經過艱難的製作時間，節目結束後不是還有休假嗎？」 安PD也回答道：「這個是這職業的優點，也是人們非常羨慕的部分，既是上班族但也可以放假，可以休息一個月左右，還是帶薪的，會給工資。」
對此羅PD亦指：「與其說是休假，不如說是工作期間不得不過度工作，因此可以認為是年假、月假的總和，但無論如何，如果可能的話至少要休息一個月，即使不行也要休假3星期。」
另外有觀眾也問到：「作品成功的話，會有獎金嗎？」，羅PD指不太清楚，而安PD則回應：「正在等待啊！節目順利的話PD會有獎勵，這也從年假開始，有工作2年的PD也會得到獎勵。」
安PD對於獎勵表示：「雖然不太清楚，但是好像都是跟獎勵一起拿的，聽說PD獎勵是根據我做節目分賣的廣告或PPL等各種收益而計算。」
