OMG! NewJeans sets yet another record on Spotify, becoming the fastest K-Pop artist to do so
K-Pop girl group NewJeans has been making waves in the music industry since its debut in 2022.

Dubbed the “Monster Rookie” among fourth-generation K-Pop groups, NewJeans has risen to the top of the K-Pop hierarchy making a name for themselves with their hit songs like “OMG” and “Super Shy.”

In just over a year, NewJeans has surpassed 2 billion cumulative streams on Spotify. This feat makes NewJeans the fastest K-Pop artist to reach this milestone, breaking the record previously held by BTS.
"Get Up," NewJeans’ newest drop has been a major contributor to their success. In fact, the mini-album has surpassed 200 million cumulative streams on Spotify with its six bangers which include: “Cool With You,” “New Jeans,” “ASAP,” “Super Shy,” “Get Up,” and “ETA.”
Meanwhile, NewJeans is on track to add another 100 million-stream song to their repertoire with "Super Shy," which is currently approaching 90 million views.
