1日，據韓媒報道稱：「發現No:ze在進行NFT項目'Dance With no:ze'時，懷疑進行了虛假宣傳的情況。」

此前，no:ze於今年7月1日通過自己的YouTube頻道上傳了「公開no:ze的新舞蹈和舞蹈著作權的NFT項目」的影片。

no:ze在影片解釋說：「重新推出了NFT項目」，「雖然先前創作的舞蹈沒有被認可爲著作權，但是這次通過NFT技術，舞蹈也被認可爲正確的著作權，是Holder們也能獲得收益的唯一項目。」

接著，她還表示：「我是項目的開始，之後將開通前後輩們也可以一起參與舞蹈交易的平臺」，「no:ze的項目將成爲編舞家獲得部分音源著作權的第一個正式事例」。

但是對此，韓媒指出：「著作權和NFT是不同的概念」，「在舞蹈影像中適用NFT技術，顧名思義就是適用NFT技術，並不是保護著作權」。

另外，雖然通過這些獲得的期待收益爲50億韓元，但是no:ze方面沒有向消費者介紹正確的發行預定日期等，因此引發了爭議。對此，no:ze所屬公司方面表示：「爲了正確的回答，請稍等片刻。」
