男團OMEGA X結束與前公司刑事訴訟爭端！解除專屬合約！

 8日，男團OMEGA X 方面通過官方立場表示：「經過慎重和長時間的討論，與前經紀公司 Spire娛樂達成共識，決定解除專屬合約。因此，團隊已終結與Spire娛樂的所有爭端。」

OMEGA X 方面表示：「我們衷心感謝所有關心和支持 OMEGA X 的朋友們，未來 OMEGA X 將與從出道前到現在一直陪伴我們的經紀人共同活動。」並承諾：「我們將以更好的音樂和更進步的形象回報大家。

去年 11 月，OMEGA X 在記者會上爆料表示，曾遭受Spire娛樂的代表作出對人身不公平對待。當時成員們向經紀公司通知解除合約，並申請暫停專屬合約效力。他們還表示將就職務上濫用職權的行為、恐嚇未遂等提起刑事訴訟和損害賠償訴訟。

隨後，OMEGA X 對 Spire Entertainment 提起暫停專屬合約效力的訴訟，並在今年 1月獲勝。 成員是由解散團體和選秀節目所組成，當中包括宰漢、輝粲、世賓、翰縑、泰東、Xen、帝現、Kevin、政勳、爀、藝燦。
