最新一集《Be Mbitious》男子組合ONF成員U展現了「表演天才」的一面，展示了獨一無二的實力。並為了加入參加舞蹈組合Mbitious，展開了意義深遠的挑戰。
在當天的節目中，U受到了很多參賽者的關注。 通過之前公開的視頻，實力得到了認可，不僅得到了眾多舞者的尊敬，還得到了評委們的稱讚，散發出與眾不同的存在感。
節目的第一個任務，參賽者接受到了要在短短三個小時內完美複製舞蹈的課題。參賽者需要在短時間內完美的複製舞蹈，並展現只屬於自己感覺的壓倒性表演。
U雖然得到了一次Retry的評級，但U並沒有放棄，而是再次挑戰，最終獲得了只有一半的參賽者才能得到的Respect評級，堂堂正正地成爲了「Respect舞者」。
然而，在接下來與「No Respect舞者」的一對一對決中，U並沒有去找指定自己的對象，而是挑釁的說到：「親自出來！」。並向登場的對方宣戰說道：「去整理行李就可以了。」，點燃了攝影棚的氣氛。
