近日女星徐睿知遭韓國媒體爆出對前男友控制欲極強，前男友金正賢在拍攝《時間》時，被禁止與女星接觸，要求減少與對手演員徐玄的肢體接觸，表現出過度的反應，引起了爭議。

一波未平一波又起，近日一位知名的娛樂記者在Youtube上爆料，徐睿知在2014年與東方神起鄭允浩曾傳出緋聞，當年允浩瘦到人生最低體重，甚至要求化妝師、造型師不要碰到他的身體，更有幕後人士直指「好像是受到了誰的操控」等爆料。

娛樂記者李珍浩在頻道中，找到鄭允浩2014年主演的戲劇《更夫日誌》工作人員，其工作人士表示：「剛開始在拍戲的時候，氣氛很好，允浩也沒有異常，但拍到後半部時，不知道為什麼，允浩卻突然態度180變，漸漸變得沈默，也不太和工作人員說話了。」

甚至提到：「允浩在接受化妝師做造型時，將雙手擺在身後、閉著眼睛，並要求化妝師不要碰到自己的身體。」當時大家都不解他為何突然如此，才漸漸觀察到他與同劇演員徐睿知互動有些曖昧。

爆料者還提到：「徐睿知有次穿著運動鞋到片場，工作人員稱讚『運動鞋很美』，沒想到，允浩也有一雙一模一樣的運動鞋，氣氛瞬間尷尬。」
