Seol In-ah unexpectedly revealed that during rehearsals for a confrontational scene, they practiced in extremely close proximity. Im Si-wan's continuous approach brought them within millimeters of each other, making her so nervous she instinctively swallowed, feeling flustered and exclaiming, "I don't know what to do!" Her amusing reaction drew laughter from everyone present.

On the YouTube channel "TEO" web variety show Salon Drip 2, released on the 20th, Im Si-wan and Seol In-ah, the leads of My Guilty Person, appeared as guests. They shared stories about their interactions before filming, revealing many interesting anecdotes behind their quick development of chemistry.

Seol In-ah explained that they had many pre-filming rehearsals. She initially thought they would just read lines and go over the script, but Im Si-wan proactively suggested rehearsing the blocking directly. He told her, "In-ah, let's stand up and try this. I'll arrange the movements like this." She was impressed by his seriousness, as he not only discussed but also physically demonstrated the actions.

However, what Seol In-ah found most unforgettable was an unexpected "heart-fluttering moment" during a rehearsal. She revealed that for one scene, they needed to create a tense, confrontational atmosphere. Im Si-wan continuously moved closer to her, reducing the distance between them so much that she couldn't help but swallow.

Seol In-ah admitted, "He really got too close. I swallowed right then and thought, what am I supposed to do? I didn't expect even rehearsals to be this intense." She added that while the script did call for close-quarters confrontation, she hadn't anticipated Im Si-wan would be so immersed from the practice stage, approaching her until only a few millimeters separated them.

So my saliva just went down with a gulp!!

She then laughed and said, "Since he went to such lengths, of course, I was happy to!" This statement instantly created a subtle atmosphere, prompting Seol In-ah to quickly clarify, "That's not what I meant!" She explained that she meant if her co-star was willing to be so actively involved for the sake of a good performance, she could also act more freely. This explanation brought a wave of laughter to the set.

Beyond the amusing close-up rehearsals, the two also shared their experience of taking the KTX high-speed train to Busan specifically for filming, practicing their script throughout the journey. Seol In-ah revealed that the production team traveled to Busan multiple times for outdoor shoots, but there wasn't enough time to rehearse important scenes. Therefore, she proactively suggested taking the high-speed train with Im Si-wan to use the travel time for script practice.

Unexpectedly, Im Si-wan initially refused. Seol In-ah laughed, saying she had to complain to the director: "I told the director that Si-wan oppa didn't want to practice with me." It was only after the director personally asked Im Si-wan to accompany her that he agreed.

Ultimately, Im Si-wan not only asked Seol In-ah to cancel her original ticket but also personally rebooked tickets for both of them and even prepared snacks for the journey, showcasing his thoughtful side. He explained that he felt the two-hour train ride would pass quickly, and with important scenes about to be filmed, he wanted to discuss and prepare thoroughly, even during travel time.

Im Si-wan also stated that their ability to become close so quickly was entirely thanks to Seol In-ah. He revealed that Seol In-ah always approached him warmly and proactively, allowing him to quickly let down his guard, and he openly expressed his gratitude.

Meanwhile, My Guilty Person, starring Im Si-wan and Seol In-ah, tells the tense romantic story of a third-generation chaebol accused of murder and a female detective who poses as his personal secretary. The drama premiered on the 19th and airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 PM KST.
