Park Hee-seon's Recent Comments Spark Breakup Rumors with Lim Soo-bin from 'Single's Inferno 5'
Park Hee-seon (박희선), who appeared on Netflix's dating reality show 'Single's Inferno 5,' recently shared her thoughts on love on YouTube. Her comments have led viewers to speculate about a possible breakup with Lim Soo-bin (임수빈), her final match from the show, bringing their relationship status back into the spotlight.

On May 16, Park Hee-seon uploaded a video to her YouTube channel, 'Hisseoni Day,' titled "Eating Mala Tang while reading first-time guesses." In the video, she enjoyed mala tang while responding to various fan speculations about her.
One subscriber commented, "It feels like you have high standards, don't date often, and have long breaks between relationships." Reacting to this, Park Hee-seon admitted, "It seems my standards really have become higher now. I really want to meet a good person, perhaps also because I'm getting older." She continued, "In the future, I want to approach dating more cautiously. I will only start a relationship if I determine it can be mutually beneficial."

Park Hee-seon also uncharacteristically opened up about her past dating patterns, revealing she used to be very dependent on boyfriends. "I used to rely heavily on my boyfriends, so once we broke up, it was hard to adjust to being alone, which made me constantly want to be in a relationship." However, she stated she has changed. "Now I have more confidence in myself, and my standards have changed a lot. Also, there were many difficult aspects in past relationships, so now I'm even afraid to start a new one."
She confessed that she is a very emotional person, making her susceptible to hurt. "Because once I like someone, I continue to like them, so in the end, I always seem to get hurt."
Furthermore, when asked, "It seems you haven't dated much," Park Hee-seon agreed, saying, "That seems to be the case." She further revealed that her last truly serious relationship was with someone she dated for about two years before filming 'Single's Inferno.' "I think that person was probably my last truly serious relationship. Other instances were either when I was too young, or simply in an ambiguous 'some' stage, so I don't really count those as past relationships."

These remarks immediately led netizens to connect them with her relationship with Lim Soo-bin on 'Single's Inferno 5,' with many commenting, "Did she break up with Lim Soo-bin?" "'Single's Inferno' was just a show," and "I hope she meets someone better." It appears they believe Park Hee-seon is indirectly hinting at a change in their relationship status.
Park Hee-seon and Lim Soo-bin ultimately chose each other on 'Single's Inferno 5,' which concluded in February this year, successfully becoming the final couple. After the show, while they never officially confirmed their relationship, they had previously shown intimate interactions through the 'Single's Inferno' special reunion episode and their personal social media accounts, leading fans to widely consider them an unofficial 'real-life couple.'
Now, Park Hee-seon's sudden revelation that she was "deeply hurt" and her statement that her last truly serious relationship was before participating in the show have fueled speculation about whether the couple has broken up. However, neither party has officially confirmed their relationship status, and whether there has truly been a change remains to be seen.
