Solar (김용선), a member of K-pop girl group MAMAMOO (마마무), recently disclosed she was attacked by an unknown man on a street in Los Angeles. The man not only verbally abused her in English but also threw a wooden chair at her, leaving fans heartbroken and shocked upon hearing the details.

Solar recently recounted the terrifying incident she experienced during her trip to Los Angeles. She explained she was walking on the street with fellow MAMAMOO member Moonbyul (문별), their hairstylist, and two male managers—a group of five in total. The three women were walking ahead, with the two male managers following behind.

Unexpectedly, as the group walked, a stranger suddenly appeared opposite them. The incident happened very quickly. The man first began yelling at them in English, then picked up a wooden chair and threw it in their direction. Solar revealed she was so startled at the moment that she didn't immediately feel any pain. Later, she discovered a bruise on her leg and, upon reflection, believed it was likely caused by fragments of the chair hitting her during the sudden attack.

After videos and details of the incident surfaced online, fans noticed bruises on Solar's leg in previous Instagram photos, suspecting they were injuries from this attack. The news quickly spread, eliciting widespread sympathy and anger.
