打贏官司也無用？宋智孝「10億韓元」廣告費討不回！前東家擺爛不理網傻眼

宋智孝的經紀糾紛仍在持續，儘管她在去年12月的訴訟中勝訴，但至今仍未收到應得的廣告模特兒費高達10億韓幣（約台幣2千4百萬）。

此案可追溯至2022年，當時宋智孝與Woojurox簽訂專屬合約，但在簽約後不久，經紀公司便未能按時支付應得的款項，此後，宋智孝選擇在去年4月與Woojurox解約，並於5月對前經紀公司提出了法律訴訟，要求支付未結算的款項。

經過數月的法律程序，法院最終在去年11月裁定Woojurox須支付9億8400萬韓元的結算金及部分延遲利息，由於對方未在期限內提出上訴，該判決於12月生效，宋智孝獲得了法律上的勝利。

然而，儘管法院已下達支付命令，Woojurox至今未履行判決，宋智孝方面仍未收到這筆應得的款項，面對此情況，宋智孝及其法律團隊已開始採取債權追討程序，以期能夠追回這筆廣告模特兒費，儘管過程艱辛，宋智孝仍決心通過法律手段維護自己的權益。

根據韓國新聞媒體的報導，Woojurox的代表A某對此事並未發表任何具體聲明，也未對外說明公司為何未履行法院的支付命令，這讓外界對該公司的財務狀況以及管理方式產生了質疑。

宋智孝在面對經紀公司拖欠款項的問題時，選擇了以法律手段維護自己的權益，她的決定也讓許多粉絲感到支持和理解，大家紛紛表達對她的支持，認為她是勇敢地捍衛自己的權利。

宋智孝遭前經紀公司UZUROCKS欠薪鉅額，雖然5月她就向媒體爆料此事，但UZUROCKS對此卻一拖再拖，讓宋智孝告上法院，法院也還她一個公道，判決UZUROCKS應支付積欠的薪水。 13日，據法律界透露UZUROCKS在上訴期間內沒有向法庭提交上訴狀，最終確定宋智孝勝訴，宋智孝可獲約10億韓元的清算金。 宋智孝和UZUROCKS分別於上月23日和同月28日收到了判決書，但UZUROCKS直到判決不服期間的當天0點為止也沒有上訴，因此自動確定宋智孝勝訴。 法院在一審中判決UZUROCKS需向宋智孝支付9億8400萬韓元（約新台幣2600萬元）和部分延遲利息等，法院考慮到利息的問題，所以宋智孝將借獲得10億韓元以上的賠償金。 UZUROCKS在宋智孝提出訴訟後，沒有另外選任法律代理人，也沒有提交答辯書等，一直對審判沒有做出回應。 UZUROCKS其實在4月就爆出已經欠不少員工至少兩個月薪水，宋智孝也在5月時曾跟媒體爆料此事，UZUROCKS說會還錢但卻一拖再拖，讓宋智孝忍無可忍才告上法院。而前公司董事朴周男更涉嫌盜用高達12億元韓幣的款項。 宋智孝也早與前東家UZUROCKS解約，今年10月與Nexus E&M簽訂了專屬合約，目前正在繼續活動中。
