Girls' Generation (소녀시대) member Tiffany Young (티파니 영) and actor Byun Yo-han (변요한) met while working on the Disney+ K-drama 'Uncle Samsik' and eventually developed a romantic relationship. The couple officially registered their marriage in February of this year. Since then, they have frequently shown public affection, and recent mentions of each other on various programs have drawn backlash from some netizens, sparking discussions and comparisons to Girls' Generation member Choi Soo-young (최수영) and her long-term boyfriend, Jung Kyung-ho (정경호).
Young recently appeared on fellow Girls' Generation member Kim Hyo-yeon's (김효연) YouTube show 'Hyo's Level Up.' While the members were promoting their individual projects, Young abruptly shifted the conversation to promote her husband Byun Yo-han's new film, 'Tazza 4,' exclaiming, "Chuseok is 'Tazza 4'!"
Choi Soo-young, who was still immersed in her character, burst into laughter and playfully retorted, "That's crazy. Promoting your husband is a bit much, isn't it? I really can't beat you when it comes to promoting your husband." Her exasperated expression drew laughter from the set, but Young showed no signs of stopping, continuing to promote her husband's new work.
Young isn't the only one openly promoting her spouse on television; Byun Yo-han has also recently shown public affection on air. He appeared on KBS 2TV's 'The Seasons – Sung Si-kyung's Ear Candy' with singer Swings (문지훈) to promote 'Tazza 4.'

Byun Yo-han revealed that he hadn't written anything particularly special, stating, "There was no complicated message; I just left a heart emoji."
Sung Si-kyung, envious, responded, "That already says everything." He then directly asked, "How much do you love her?" Byun Yo-han earnestly replied, "I can't express it in words, at least not right now." When pressed on "why not right now," he explained that as one gains more life experience, many things become more realistic, and as an MBTI 'T' type, he tends to think ahead. Additionally, some have drawn comparisons to Choi Soo-young and Jung Kyung-ho's relationship, noting that during their 12 years of dating, Choi Soo-young rarely publicly mentioned her boyfriend on programs. "The number of times Jung Kyung-ho was mentioned is not even half of Tiffany's mentions of her husband," and even when Jung Kyung-ho appeared at related events, he was not frequently the focus of Girls' Generation content.
