Yoo Ah-in's Intimate Photos with Friend Spark Comeback Buzz After Drug Scandal
South Korean actor Yoo Ah-in (유아인) built a formidable career with his exceptional acting, becoming the youngest recipient of the Blue Dragon Film Award for Best Actor in 2015. However, his career suffered a major blow following a drug scandal in 2023, which also involved controversies with his male friend Choi Ha-neul (최하늘). He has since largely withdrawn from the entertainment industry, making few public appearances.
Now, as Yoo Ah-in gradually resumes public activities, a series of intimate photos with a male friend have surfaced, once again drawing public attention.
On August 8, sticker photos of Yoo Ah-in with the representative of fashion brand VEAK circulated online. The two, both wearing white tops, struck various playful poses in front of a photo booth, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Their interactions were particularly eye-catching. Yoo Ah-in and his friend were seen pressing their faces together, closing their eyes with playful expressions. In one shot, one placed a hand on the other's head, and in another, both pouted their lips, sparking discussions about their close bond.
In other photos, the two stood shoulder-to-shoulder, occasionally leaning in close to each other's faces. This informal setting showcased a natural and relaxed side of their deep friendship, free from the usual constraints of formal events.
Notably, one black-and-white sticker photo featured the text, "I will love our hyung (older brother)." Judging by their interactions in the photos, their private relationship appears to be very close.
