Korean actor and YouTuber Ryu Byung-kwon (류병권), known for his "Jacqueline Auntie" impersonations, recently opened up about a shocking past relationship. Ryu Byung-kwon recently appeared on the YouTube channel "Studio Slam," where he confessed to a relationship that was on the verge of marriage but fell apart at the last minute. At the time, their wedding plans seemed to be progressing smoothly, but he unexpectedly learned that his ex-partner was seeing other people besides him.

He described the shock of discovering the truth with a single sentence: "It seemed like there was someone like me in every country." Apparently, his partner allegedly had relationships in different countries, instantly souring what was supposed to be a blossoming romance.

This shocking secret was not confessed by his ex-partner directly but was revealed through a friend of hers. The friend, not wanting the couple to marry, decided to come forward and expose the truth to prevent the wedding.

After learning everything, Ryu Byung-kwon did not confront his ex-partner directly but chose to quietly withdraw from the relationship. He recalled his decision at the time: "I didn't bring up those things with them; I just slowly distanced myself and let the relationship end. I didn't say anything, I just disappeared."

Looking back at the relationship, he admitted he was too emotional at the time, only wanting to get married quickly. However, after calming down, he felt that something wasn't quite right and ultimately believed that breaking up was the correct choice.

However, this pre-wedding breakup left him with a significant emotional scar. Ryu Byung-kwon confessed, "It was really painful at the time. Since then, I think I've become more prone to doubting others." His heartfelt confession revealed the profound impact the relationship had on him.

After hearing his story, Sung Ji-in (성지인), a representative from a marriage information company, and other guests on set comforted him, believing it was fortunate he didn't actually get married. Some even directly stated, "Your ancestors were protecting you," adding a bittersweet touch to the heartbreaking past.
