1. Jennie's Alleged Wardrobe Malfunction Sparks AI Debate
Recently, Jennie Kim (김제니) was allegedly involved in a wardrobe malfunction on stage, with related footage quickly spreading online. However, the authenticity of the images has sparked a two-sided debate. Some believe it was a genuine stage costume incident, while others question whether the circulating images were generated by AI.
Reports indicate that the controversial footage emerged during Jennie's performance at the 2026 Summer Sonic on August 14. In response, her agency issued a statement on August 18, announcing that they would pursue civil and criminal legal action against those maliciously spreading rumors and fabricated images, emphasizing that there would be “no settlements or leniency.”
2. Rosé's Top Nearly Slips, Remains Composed
Roseanne Park (박채영), known as Rosé, also experienced a sudden wardrobe issue on stage in the past, when her top nearly slipped off, creating a tense moment.
Fortunately, a dancer quickly stepped in to assist. Rosé remained unfazed, calmly completing her performance, earning praise from fans for her professionalism.
3. Jennie's Jacket Damaged During Coachella Performance
Jennie also faced a wardrobe malfunction during her Coachella performance. Mid-show, her jacket unexpectedly got damaged, leaving her in an awkward situation.
Luckily, a nearby dancer immediately offered assistance, helping her manage the situation. Jennie quickly adjusted and continued her stage performance.
4. Lisa's Pants Chain Unexpectedly Falls Off
Lalisa Manoban (라리사 마노반), known as Lisa, also encountered a costume issue during a performance when a chain on her pants suddenly fell off. The situation could have potentially affected her stage safety. However, Lisa reacted quickly, swiftly adjusting her movements to avoid any further issues, and successfully completed her performance, demonstrating exceptional stage adaptability.
Many fans praised her as a “stage queen whom wardrobe malfunctions can't stop from performing.”
5. Jisoo's Button Pops Open, Handled with a Smile
Jisoo Kim (김지수) also experienced a wardrobe mishap during a past performance when a button on her outfit suddenly came undone, creating a brief interruption.
