Byun Yo-han Reveals Tiffany's 'True Colors' After Marriage: "I Do Most of the Chores"
Korean actor Byun Yo-han (변요한) recently shared insights into his married life with Tiffany Young (티파니 영) of Girls' Generation. He revealed that their personalities and approaches to life are "completely different," yet he finds joy in their daily chats and dog walks. Even when their conversations lead to his wife playfully scolding him, he laughs it off, calling it "the most interesting part."
On Sept. 3, Byun Yo-han appeared on Choo Sung-hoon's (추성훈) YouTube channel. In the latest video, titled "Shiho Yano, Tiffany, Please Pay Attention (ft. Byun Yo-han and Choo Sung-hoon, who look incredibly alike)," he discussed his newlywed life, covering everything from how he and Tiffany met, their decision to marry, and their daily routines.
During the show, Choo Sung-hoon asked Byun Yo-han, "What do you enjoy doing most with your wife?" Byun Yo-han smiled, explaining that while it's often simple daily activities, he cherishes walking their dog and chatting after work. "I also really love traveling," he added.

Choo Sung-hoon also shared that he enjoys chatting with his wife, Shiho Yano, but sometimes feels they are "completely on different wavelengths." Byun Yo-han resonated with this sentiment. He expressed his enjoyment of listening to Tiffany, but often finds himself thinking, "Ah, we really are completely different people. Our ways of thinking are truly distinct." He even mentioned that Tiffany sometimes "scolds" him during their conversations, but Byun Yo-han chuckled, saying, "I actually find that the most interesting part."
Beyond his new marriage, Byun Yo-han also addressed a recent "tired-looking" photo he posted on social media. He explained that he had just finished filming a project where he played a shaman-like character, which was mentally and physically demanding. "After filming, I did recycling, walked the dog, finished all my tasks, and then took that photo," Byun Yo-han revealed, clarifying that the picture wasn't an attempt to look haggard, but rather an authentic depiction of his state after a long day.
When the production team asked about household chore distribution, Byun Yo-han unexpectedly disclosed, "I do almost everything, and I want to do it." He believes this is because he lived alone for a long time and developed habits, naturally taking on household tasks even after marriage.

Regarding a "personal room" in their newlywed home, Byun Yo-han candidly replied, "My hyungs (older brothers/male friends) said I needed one, so we made one," which drew laughter from the set.
In the latter half of the show, Choo Sung-hoon pressed Byun Yo-han about when he and Tiffany met and how their relationship developed. Byun Yo-han revealed that they had no particular interaction while filming the Disney+ K-drama Uncle Samsik (삼식이 삼촌). "We naturally got to know each other after that," he said.
He recalled not actively seeking out Tiffany during filming. After shooting wrapped, Tiffany immediately began performing in a musical. Byun Yo-han went to see his favorite actor, Choi Jae-rim (최재림), perform and unexpectedly encountered Tiffany again. "I was already a fan of Choi Jae-rim hyung, so I went to see his performance, and there she was again," Byun Yo-han stated. He was deeply impressed by Tiffany's stage presence, saying, "I thought the stage was really great, and I felt that this woman works hard no matter where she is."

The two naturally started chatting, and their relationship gradually deepened through repeated interactions, evolving from friends to lovers and eventually to marriage.
From having "completely different personalities" to enjoying daily dog walks and conversations, Byun Yo-han's shared glimpse into his newlywed life, though seemingly ordinary, reveals a natural and sweet dynamic between the couple.
