The statement mentioned that, regarding media reports related to ADOR's defense, after the trial on July 2, 2026, some media outlets claimed that Danielle signed a double contract with an external company or attempted to conceal related facts, citing 'Chinese capital' as the reason. Danielle's side stated that this is a distortion caused by mixing up the normal process of a third party proposing to acquire ADOR shares from HYBE during the NewJeans dispute in 2025 with false information.
Danielle's side emphasized that no member, including Danielle, has entered into or attempted to enter into a double exclusive contract with any specific company. The statement also pointed out that the assertions made by ADOR's legal representatives on the day of the trial, as well as the previously mentioned news reports, are either inconsistent with the facts or distort and exaggerate them.
