【韓娛熱議】FIFTY FIFTY提告被駁回後決定上訴！網嘲：在拖延時間！

日前，新人女團FIFTY FIFTY對所屬公司ATTRAKT提出的專屬合約效力停止假處分申請被駁回後，今日表示決定提出上訴。
30日，FIFTY FIFTY的法律代理人通過正式立場文表示：「對於駁回專屬合同效力停止假處分申請的決定，決定立即進行上訴，我們會立即提交上訴狀。」
法律代理人解釋說：「負責FIFTY FIFTY申請的專屬合同效力停止假處分的裁判部表示『對於唱片、音源收入的清算結構、音源流通公司支付的預付款中，未告知為製作FIFTY FIFTY而使用的明細及項目，以及與此相關的債務人代表理事是否瀆職等』」、
所以FIFTY FIFTY方面認為有必要對本案訴訟進行再次審理，也由法律代理人通過重新審訴申請，要求得到解釋。
法律代理人補充說：「FIFTY FIFTY成員們除了立即對駁回假處分的決定提出上訴外，還將針對上述爭論點而進行訴訟。」
網友看到相關報導也紛紛表示：「就這樣拖延時間，在公司直接結束合同」、「看來是在拖延時間啊！感覺會變成長期戰，ATTRAKT代表最好準備其他組合再繼續打官司」、
「就算像孫勝妍一樣，孫勝妍的事也被傳開了，怎麼能就這樣被騙呢？哈哈哈，偶像們的時間就是金錢，如果繼續這樣下去的話，FIFTY FIFTY方面也會覺得錢不夠用，還有如果正式訴訟的話，先要付出的訴訟費、違約金也會非常多。」
