Although FIFTY FIFTY raised issues such as liquidation, health, and company support, the court was "there are no justifiable reasons". The Seoul Central District Court dismissed the provisional disposition application filed by FIFTY FIFTY against their agency, ATTRAKT, on the 28th. According to the court, FIFTY FIFTY doesn't have a sufficient reason to terminate their contract, nor can they hold the agency accountable for breach of trust. Regarding the settlement part, the court stated, "It can't confirm ATTRAKT has violated the obligation for settlement by destroying the trust relationship or violated the obligation to provide settlement information and other issues." Regarding the issue of the company ignoring its duty to protect member's health, the court stated, "After recognizing the health problems of the members, ATTRAKT immediately had the members receive hospital treatment. They also adjusted the activity schedule. From the information submitted, they haven't violated their duty to manage the members' health." Lastly, there is the issue of lack of company support. Although the members claimed that Attrakt had trouble supporting their entertainment activities after the outsourcing contract with The Givers ended, the court stated, "Even if The Givers are no longer responsible for relevant business, it can't be regarded as a breach of the exclusive contract by the affiliated company." Netizens expressed their feelings such as "serves them right", "this is an expected outcome", "fool", "I'm looking forward to the second round of the truth", "hahaha", and "that's right". "Unanswered Questions" finally apologizes on their knees! They clarified that they did not stand for FIFTY FIFTY, but Netizens don't buy it!

The show "Unanswered Questions" has been causing controversy lately, as they have been criticized by netizens and even the Korean entertainment industry for allegedly being biased towards FIFTY FIFTY. The producers of "Unanswered Questions," who have been silent until now, finally spoke out today. They express sincere apologies for their coverage of the FIFTY FIFTY incident. On the 24th, SBS's "Unanswered Questions" stated, The episode of FIFTY FIFTY on August 19th, is to make people think about what is needed to become a sustainable KPOP through the so-called FIFTY FIFTY event." "During the broadcast, a perspective from the production team's intent surfaced, hurting many people working in the KPOP scene and fans who love KPOP. We deeply apologize for this." The statement also mentioned the entertainment industry's criticism of the program: "We listen carefully to the comments and criticisms from organizations such as the 'Korean Managers Association' and the 'Korean Entertainment Producers Association.'" Next, the program team apologized, stating, "We clearly state that this program is not to take any side of any disputes. As for the controversial issues that are currently arising, we will make up for our shortcomings through follow-up reports by conducting additional interviews." At the same time, they thanked the public for their care for the program "Want to Know the Truth," adding that they would repay their audience's support through more in-depth interviews. However, netizens have retorted: "What's the follow-up? Isn't it because of a lack of content that you're relying on other idols for its enhancement?" refers to "Unanswered Questions" that unexpectedly mentioned BTS in the 'FIFTY FIFTY' issue, which is totally unrelated. Some netizens have also questioned: "Why should you be bothered about the sustainability of KPOP?" They also expressed their feelings about the apology, "It's strange that an apology makes people feel bad... apologizing for making everyone upset, thanks for caring about me." Editor: Netizens think that the show's apology lacks sincerity...🧐

However, the netizen stated that all the interviews entirely edited out, demanding an explanation from the production team. On the 23rd, a netizen uploaded the post, "I'm the person who after the interview with SBS's 'Unanswered Questions' FIFTY FIFTY episode was completely edited".They stated, "I participated in an interview with SBS's 'Want to Know the Truth' at the end of July, and I was the person whose story was entirely edited. Then, the netizen also stated that they have passed the national consent petition and will publicly disclose all related matters. The names of Jang So Yeon PD and the current affairs education department writer from the "Unanswered Questions" production team who conducted the interview were also made public. "After reporting on the FIFTY FIFTY incident on the 19th, 'Unanswered Questions' has sparked controversy and received intense criticism for its biased program stance." From public complaints to the Broadcasting Communication Review Committee, position papers demanding explanations and corrections from entertainment groups, to the national petition to abolish broadcasting. Netizens's comments: "With this level of content, 'Unanswered Questions' should respond to other media." "Is there anyone who can dig into the production team of 'Unanswered Questions' for me?" "They should remove the label of a real-time news program" and "Stop airing 'Unanswered Questions'." Editor: "Unanswered Questions" has really caused nationwide outrage in Korea this time! 😡
