A netizen shared a screenshot of a news report revealing that ATTRAKT has filed a lawsuit against The Givers, an outsourcing company represented by Ahn Sung Il. On the afternoon of the 7th, ATTRAKT submitted an additional complaint to the Gangnam Police Station, accusing Ahn Sung Il of embezzlement in business, forgery of private documents, and the use of forged private documents.
According to a statement by SOJONG, the legal representative of ATTRAKT, during the process of reviewing the handover documents received from The Givers, instances of unauthorised appropriation were discovered, which had been carried out without prior agreement from ATTRAKT.
