謊話連篇！FIFTY FIFTY製作人遭爆連學歷都是假！網譏：原來偽造是日常！

遭指為FIFTY FIFTY合約爭議幕後黑手的The Givers代表安聖日24日又被爆出學歷造假，讓韓網一陣嘩然。
以24日為基準，在所有入口網站上登載的安聖日資料皆顯示為「中央大學經營學系畢業」，然而根據韓媒實地採訪的結果卻非如此，中央大學經營學系畢業生名單中並無安聖日這個人物的存在。
1975年出生的安聖日，自出生以來就一直都使用安聖日這個名字，然而不管是他的本名還有出生年度以及出生年月日都沒有出現在畢業生名單中。
中央大學方面也表示「中央大學經營系畢業生名單中並沒有出現安聖日這個名字，內部網站上也搜尋不到」
安聖日曾擔任許多公司的代表或是理事等職位，經歷可說是相當華麗，而在獲得這些職位前，安聖日也都在履歷書上的學歷欄位填寫了「中央大學經營學系畢業」。媒體雖然也向安聖日本人詢問是否承認偽造學經歷之事實，然而截至目前為止都尚未得到安聖日的回覆。
網友看了也不禁表示「怎麼挖都挖不完」、「天啊」、「哈哈哈」、「他的人生就是詐欺」、「超好笑」、「真的是個騙子」
「連學歷都偽造嗎…?」、「FIFTY FIFTY要丟臉死了」、「每次爆出新的東西都讓人好驚訝」、「難道他是born to be騙子嗎？」、「如果明天爆出他離開韓國，一點都不奇怪」、「爆不完的料…」、「完全是大禮包耶」

Recently, the FIFTY FIFTY incident has been making huge noise. Producer Ahn Seong-il is accused of using the same tactic to exploit Son Sung-wan. Korean media Dispatch has even dug out a fake disposition judgement made for Son Sung-wan in 2017. Many netizens also point out that Ahn Seong-il is a habitual offender. In February 2017, the Seoul Central District Court rejected all applications for the case, with the litigation costs borne by Son Seung-yeon. It is known that Son Seung-yeon signed an exclusive contract with Fortune company in 2012, and terminated the contract four years later through email notification. At the time, the reasons Son Seong Yeon demanded for contract termination were, ① The previous agency Fortune failed to produce a new album, ② Son Seong Yeon didn't profit from Fortune, ③ Fortune was not supportive or obstructed her entertainment activities, ④ Fortune did not fulfill its liquidation obligations, ⑤ Fortune refused or hindered her participation in musical supports, and ⑥ Fortune forced Son Seong Yeon to publicly disclose her home environment, etc. The court pointed out that even though the agency did not produce one new album every year, it had produced more than three singles on average annually. Therefore, it is hard to view this as a breach of contract. The other reasons were also considered by the court to be unreasonable and were dismissed, hence the case request was not accepted and was rejected. As of April 2018, two months after Son Seung-yeon terminated her contract with Fortune, she signed an exclusive contract with 24th Street, which is represented by Ahn Seong-il. Ahn Seong-il had arranged Son Seung-yeon's cover of "The First Snow's Falling" in 2014, which was followed by an event where Son Seung-yeon requested to terminate the contract. It led many netizens to associate this with the recent FIFTY FIFTY incident. Korea media also revealed that Son Seung-yeon once posted on Instagram thanking producer An Seong-il, even calling him the "representative oppa". Many netizens responded to the incident by saying, "She actually called the representative oppa..." and "I don't want to see her play anymore, representative oppa...". Other netizens also pointed out, "At first I thought it was Son Seung-yeon's former agency's fault, but behind it was An Seong-il. He really is a gangster terminator," "That poor agency! It even went bankrupt..." "If you want to sign with the person you want, you have to wait until the contract expires. It's wrong to blame a decent agency and then unfairly cancel the contract," "An Seong-il is a repeat offender."
K-Pop華納音樂首度回應FIFTY FIFTY事件！曾提議用「200億買斷」尹專務坦言不考慮合作！
近日圍繞女團FIFTY FIFTY的爭議不斷，負責FIFTY FIFTY海外流通的華納音樂仍回應了相關問題。 當初，全代表對製作人安聖日提出「Label Deal」的提案，在不出售公司的前提下，以預付款投資的方式取得資金，這也可以通過兩人4月22日互發的短信中確認。 之後，全代表在5月8日一起會見了華納音樂代表陳某和尹專務也沒有談論「Label Deal」，但是5月9日給全代表打電話的尹專務則提到了「用200億買斷」。 尹專務18日亦接受韓媒《文化日報》訪問表示：「應該先向全代表進行準確的確認。全代表回答說『不會說那樣的話』並拒絕了交易和買斷。」 據悉，華納音樂對FIFTY FIFTY感興趣，所以在「Label Deal」提案失敗後，提議向ATTRAKT投資預付款。尹專務說：「我們也在談論預付金，正在協調合同，安製作人主張直接行銷困難，並建議『走別的路』。」 對於此次事件，華納音樂保持沉默，也有人懷疑「華納音樂似乎想搶FIFTY FIFTY」，若FIFTY FIFTY提出的假處分申請成功，會不會與華納音樂或The Givers合作。 然而尹專務卻劃清界線說：「還沒有考慮過這一點。現在FIFTY FIFTY也通過華納音樂在海外流通，不是通過The Givers，而是通過ATTRAKT進行」，與安製作人保持距離。有歌謠界人士亦指：「華納音樂如果日後直接與FIFTY FIFTY合作的話，將會受到巨大的指責和難以挽回的道德打擊。」 小編：業界也跟她們劃清界線了⋯⋯🧐

近日FIFTY FIFTY事件繼續蘊釀，現任PD Producer dk在YouTube上傳了「業界相關人士眼中的FIFTY FIFTY事件」，對事件發表意見。 Producer dk曾為多首熱門歌曲作曲，現在也是製作人，同時兼任首爾藝術大學電子音樂教授。Producer dk指：「最近成為熱門話題的FIFTY FIFTY，真的嚇了一跳。有些人在中間耍花招惹事，因為貪得無厭，這次是中間PD的錯，也不奇怪」，提到了The Givers安聖日代表。 首先，對於《Cupid》的著作權登記問題，他表示：「現在世界上還有誰會那樣敲詐？即使出版人為了結算而註冊出版人，也會在旁邊出現作家名字，作家旁邊還有權利人登記，但是把名字寫在作家身上，辯解也很奇怪，說要在3個月內更換，那就不用登記了，另外還沒有登記在著作權協會的人的號碼。」 「聽說華納提起用200億韓元收購，那都是捕風捉影的話，在合同上蓋章匯款才算成功，雖然可以談一次買斷的事情，但正常情況下應該去跟代表談。製作人之後更引誘孩子們進入訴訟，訴訟的意圖是不支付違約金而終止合同，意圖本身就不純。」 Producer dk亦提到：「那樣登上Billboard不是誰都能做到的。我是看完那個後怎麼營銷的？本以為製作人真的很了不起，沒想到就這樣虛無縹緲了，如果訴訟贏了之後不能簽約的話，歌手就完了，變成失業。」他特別指出：「如果瑞典打國際訴訟，你會怎麼做呢？ 這是目光短淺的行為。因為這件事只可退出業界，真是愚蠢的行為，想法太短視。」 對於有人心痛FIFTY FIFTY成員，他指：「大家好像認為這是義氣或善惡的問題，在此之前是想法的問題，做出了在商業上誰也得不到利益的愚蠢選擇。官司難勝，輿論也不好，決定也是本人做出的。」 網友也指：「四個人真心為安聖日PD祝賀生日，在訪問中更稱讚安PD。即使考慮到煤氣燈效應，孩子們也絕對不是正常。」、「本來愚蠢的人只顧眼前利益」、「真的現任PD一說就更明確了，讓人知道製作人是那樣⋯⋯」 小編：的確決定是本人做的，也要負責任！🧐
