FIFTY FIFTY refuses to reach an agreement with the agency! Netizens support ATTRAKT to replace all members!
Earlier, the new girl group FIFTY FIFTY had a contract dispute with their management company, ATTRAKT, and it even escalated to suspicions that the producer The Givers Kim Seong-il was manipulating behind the scenes. However, the issue is still not resolved.
Today, according to Korean media, FIFTY FIFTY has refused to reach an agreement with the management company ATTRAKT. The members of FIFTY FIFTY have submitted a response to the court saying, "We have no intention of mediating with ATTRAKT."

Previously, on the 9th, the Seoul Central District Court mediated a lawsuit regarding the suspension of an exclusive contract filed by the four members of FIFTY FIFTY against their agency ATTRAKT.
The mothers of members Saena and Aran, the management of ATTRAKT, and representatives from both sides participated in a private mediation lasting about two hours, but it ended temporarily since an agreement couldn't be reached. However, the judiciary suggested keeping the possibility of an agreement and conducting additional negotiations between the parties before the 16th.

It was reported on the 16th that the members of FIFTY FIFTY submitted a response to the court indicating no intention to mediate, thus it is expected that the public trial concerning the exclusive contract dispute between FIFTY FIFTY and ATTRAKT will resume.
FIFTY FIFTY drew attention last year when they made it onto the main Billboard Hot 100 chart in the U.S., earning them the nickname "Miracle of the Small and Medium-sized Idols" and becoming a hot topic. However, in June, the members demanded the termination of their exclusive contract, citing reasons such as the company's lack of transparency in settlements, and their activities were interrupted. The Givers, the company in charge of producing ATTRAKT's album, and its representative Kim Seong-il are suspected of manipulating the members behind the scenes, and both parties are currently embroiled in a legal dispute over issues such as the copyright of "Cupid," which made the Billboard chart.
