G-Dragon's alleged drug symptom's short clip sparks controversy

Recently, BIGBANG's leader G-Dragon was embroiled in a marijuana controversy. While he strenuously denied the suspicion of smoking marijuana, an Internet user shared a clip on Korean online platforms which appears to show him having after effects of using marijuana.

The video is circulating on SNS by many netizens after G-Dragon was suspected of using marijuana. They point out that G-Dragon's strange behavior in public places is a result of the aftereffects of marijuana. In a video uploaded by a netizen yesterday, G-Dragon is seen entering a shop with his neck severely bent, appearing very strange.

However, in another longer clip, you can see G-Dragon greeting overseas fans normally before entering the shop, and then doing a neck-stretching move at the beauty salon.

From the full version of the short film, it can be seen that G-Dragon is not showing symptoms of drug addiction, but is simply stretching. Netizens also stated that G-Dragon has been regularly doing stretches in front of fans since 2013, so there is no problem.

Fans are saying, "The video has been edited, we've been deceived!" "GD always does stretching exercises, all fans know this," "Most of it is a malicious edit made up of pieces." Conversely, many netizens believe, "Let's just wait for the review results."

Additionally, the police filed a case against G-Dragon on the 25th of last month for allegedly violating the Drug Management Law, but G-Dragon denied the suspicion of marijuana use.
