南韓近日一起與直播平台打賞文化（抖內）有關的悲劇再度引發社會關注。一名30多歲男性上班族生前沉迷於向女性直播主贊助金錢，甚至曾一天豪砸高達5000萬韓元（約新台幣120萬元），最終背負1.5億韓元（約新台幣350萬元）債務，並被發現陳屍車內。家屬事後控告多名直播主及相關節目負責人涉嫌詐欺，案件也再次成為輿論焦點。 根據JTBC報導，事件發生於2023年5月，男子A某過世後，其龐大債務狀況才被家人發現。近日家屬正式向警方提出告訴，指控部分直播主以不當方式誘導觀眾捐款牟利，因此讓案件重新受到關注。 據了解，A某原本只是一般上班族，卻長期沉迷於所謂的「Excel直播」（엑셀 방송）。這類直播通常會邀請多名直播主同台競爭，觀眾透過斗內金額替支持的直播主衝排名，排名較低者甚至可能遭到淘汰。 為了讓自己支持的直播主留在節目中，A某不斷投入大量金錢，甚至不惜借貸、背債持續斗內，最終陷入嚴重財務危機。 事件曝光後，部分涉事直播主出面回應，強調所有贊助都是觀眾自願行為。其中一名直播主受訪時表示：「雖然很遺憾，但捐款終究是他自己的選擇，現在也無法改變什麼。」 然而，隨著爭議延燒，韓國直播圈也傳出更多爆料。有知情人士指稱，部分直播主或工作人員疑似透過假帳號製造高額斗內紀錄，藉此刺激觀眾之間的競爭心理，進一步提高實際捐款金額。 甚至有直播主坦承，自己曾利用員工帳號進行「自我斗內」，藉此拉高排名避免被淘汰，事後再將款項退還給員工。該名直播主表示：「我確實做過自我斗內來提高分數，但我認為大多數觀眾即使知道，也選擇睜一隻眼閉一隻眼，並不太在意。」 不過，面對外界質疑涉及欺騙觀眾，直播平台與相關節目方則否認操控斗內數字，強調所有承諾與規則皆依照規定執行，並未刻意誤導觀眾。 這起案件也再度引發南韓社會對網路直播打賞文化、平台監管機制，以及高額斗內是否涉及心理操控等問題的討論。
