She also candidly admitted to investing approximately 100 million Korean Won (about 67,300 USD, or roughly 2.19 million New Taiwan Dollars) into various surgeries and treatments, including double eyelids, nose, and breast augmentation.

Recently, Lee Se-young also released a Q&A video on her YouTube channel, explaining the changes and maintenance methods one year after her breast augmentation surgery. She clarified that she ultimately decided to undergo breast surgery due to side effects that occurred after previous breast filler treatments.

Lee Se-young stated, "After the breast fillers, the filler material moved beneath my ribs, deforming my breast shape." She added, "Even after removing the fillers, I was still unsatisfied with the shape, so I decided to have surgery." As related discussions continue to heat up, she continues to release different concept cosplay outfits, consistently drawing public attention.
