South Korean actress Ji Ye-eun (지예은) openly confirmed her relationship with dancer VATA (바타) in April, followed by a public announcement of their upcoming December wedding. The sudden marriage news surprised the entertainment industry. However, even before the ceremony, she received a dose of "cold water" from senior actor Lee Seo-jin (이서진). During a recent variety show, upon learning of Ji Ye-eun's impending marriage, Lee Seo-jin not only withheld blessings but repeatedly advised her not to rush into matrimony, leaving the bride-to-be stunned. She couldn't help but retort, "You really have an 'ajusshi' vibe!" Kim Kwang-kyu (김광규), who was also present, joined in the dissuasion, leaving Ji Ye-eun both amused and exasperated.

On the SBS variety show "What Can I Do For You – Secretary Jin," which aired on the 16th, Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu transformed into one-day managers, tasked with looking after Ji Suk-jin (지석진) and Ji Ye-eun. Unexpectedly, the show's segment turned into a hilarious scene where the two unmarried seniors collectively tried to talk the bride-to-be out of marriage.

Upon learning that Ji Ye-eun was set to marry dancer VATA in December, Lee Seo-jin, instead of offering immediate congratulations, asked with a puzzled expression, "Getting married? Why so fast? You can take your time!" He even turned to the married Ji Suk-jin for support, saying, "Hyung, you know best, don't you? You should talk her out of it!" His sudden remarks left Ji Suk-jin momentarily speechless.

As Lee Seo-jin continued to joke about marriage, Ji Suk-jin could only mention his recent overseas trip with his wife. Lee Seo-jin immediately quipped, "You probably got dragged along by your wife, didn't you?" which sent the set into laughter. Ji Suk-jin then revealed that he walked 20,000 steps every day during the trip and surprisingly lost 3 kilograms, becoming an unexpected source of humor on the show.

Next, Lee Seo-jin turned his attention back to Ji Ye-eun. Ji Ye-eun tried to argue, stating that many people choose to marry early now, and it's good to wear a wedding dress while young. However, Lee Seo-jin's response was startling: "You wear it and then take it off, don't you?" implying that marriages can also end in divorce. This sudden dark humor made the atmosphere both awkward and funny.

Ji Ye-eun immediately retorted in annoyance, "What was that, you 'ajusshi'! You really have an 'ajusshi' vibe!" She then complained, "I'm about to get married, how can you say such things to me?" Despite the bride-to-be's protest, Lee Seo-jin maintained his sharp wit, explaining that his thoughts stemmed from the high number of breakups and divorces nowadays. He even added another jab, suggesting that since December was still some time away, Ji Ye-eun should reconsider, leaving her both amused and exasperated.

Finally, an exasperated Ji Ye-eun countered, "Sunbae, you really seem like you've never been in love! Do you want to come to our church?" Lee Seo-jin immediately shot back, "I've experienced everything, even been to church!" Their back-and-forth banter filled the set with continuous laughter.

Not only Lee Seo-jin, but Kim Kwang-kyu, who appeared later, also showed surprise upon hearing of Ji Ye-eun's impending marriage. He even mistakenly called the groom-to-be VATA by the name "Taco," adding more laughter to the scene. He also joined in the persuasion, saying, "Life is just beginning, why marry so quickly? Life is still long!" He and Lee Seo-jin unexpectedly found themselves on the opposing side of the marriage advice. Faced with the continuous "cold water" from the two unmarried seniors, Ji Ye-eun finally expressed her resignation: "It seems I really don't get along well with unmarried people!" This single remark brought the hilarious banter to a close.

Ji Ye-eun, born in 1994, and dancer VATA, who is the same age, publicly announced their relationship in April this year. The couple is scheduled to hold their wedding on December 12. With the wedding date approaching, Ji Ye-eun's amusing interaction with her seniors, who repeatedly tried to "talk her out of it" on the show, has only heightened fans' anticipation for her official walk down the aisle.
