被稱為「國民歌手」的林英雄是Trot歌手，韓國婆婆媽媽、叔叔大爺等長輩們最愛的歌星。
現年32歲的林英雄從2020年參加老歌歌唱節目《Mr. Trot》後聲名大噪，加上溫暖的人品、是韓國50歲以上婆婆媽媽的最愛歌手。
韓國人說「送林英雄演唱會的門票是對父母最大的孝道」的名言，甚至在韓國巡演的演唱會門票，開始售票才1分鐘，網站竟然就達到約370萬人次的流量。
昨日在光州廣域市的會議中心舉行的林英雄全國巡迴演唱會中等待演出的中年婦女A某暈倒，被送往附近醫院。
粉絲B某為A某的母親，B某透露平常母親患有心肌梗塞，爲了看林英雄的演唱會而滿懷期待地趕來現場，但從等待時就暈倒了。
根據報導，林英雄經紀公司工作人員陪同A某一起被護送到附近醫院，工作人員還說到：「演唱會退票事宜，會由我方協助處理，另外關於醫療費部分，我方也會協助支付部分費用。」，還關心了A某的身體狀況，幸虧沒事。
B某說到：「真的是非常感動，還好沒有在演唱會進行到一半時暈倒，非常謝謝
林英雄經紀公司工作人員照顧我媽媽，真的非常帥氣跟感動，以後還會帶媽媽來看演唱會的，媽媽也說很愛他」，表達無限的感動。
