Rain買賣不動產遭控詐欺85億！公司硬起來：將採法律對應！

歌手兼演員Rain因不動產詐欺嫌疑遭告，25日所屬公司RAINCOMPANY透過官方帳號發布官方立場。
所屬公司在聲明中表示「與本公司藝人Rain相關的買家方面的主張全都是虛偽事實」並補充「現在不過就是因為賣家是藝人，所以才會這樣對他進行過分的誹謗」。
接著公司提到「從一般人的常識來看，只看照片就買幾十億韓元的房屋這件事，就是一個天方夜譚，不動產在買賣的時候，光是看提供的登記簿謄本或是建築物帳冊來看，也能知道買方的主張不正確，而且從外面也能確認建築物的外觀」。
聲明中也還有提到「而且只要在網路上搜尋地址就能看到外觀了」接著說「我們有很多證據可以證明買家的說法並非事實，如果買家要用虛假事實提告，我們也將採取法律上的對應」並且憤怒表示「買家這麼晚才做出這種事，我們當然也只能認為是惡意抹黑」。
所屬公司也再次強調「這次的事件，事實關係相當明確，買家的主張完全脫離了常理與現實，本公司將對那些抓住藝人名氣為弱點的行為，進行強烈的法律對應」，最後更補充「我們會努力讓這種虛假煽動以及這種損害再也不會發生」。
25日時，與Rain發生不動產爭議的A某借用YouTube的說法，宣布與Rain達成協議，互相向對方出售京畿道華城市南陽新城的一棟大樓和首爾梨泰院的自宅。
然而Rain卻因為擔心隱私權受到侵害而拒絕了對方來看自己的房子，只是繼續履行合約，A某卻暴露契約中的建築跟現實完全不同，因此提出了85億詐欺嫌疑的訴訟。
